Angel Fuel for Life patient missions are flown by volunteer pilots who donate the use of their own aircraft and time, thus leveraging donated fuel with significant sacrifice and giving on their own part.

Funds raised by Angel Fuel for Life are disbursed to cover fuel costs for urgent flights when no other means of assistance are available for financially-stressed patients. 

Assistance from Angel Fuel for Life is only possible when donors recognize there are urgent medical needs for thousands of patients throughout the United States.  Their desire to assist, accompanied with matching contributions of donated aircraft, benefits those who cannot themselves pay the cost of this important medical service.
